Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. About these terms

1.1These terms apply to your use of fablane.ai and any related pages, demos and materials we provide (together, the “Site”). Fablane is a brand of Cofounderie FZE, Office Q1-05-019/C, Saif Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”).

1.2The Site is intended for business use. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1.3These terms cover the Site only. If you become a customer, the paid service will be covered by a separate written agreement, which will take priority over these terms for that service.

2. What the Site is

2.1Fablane is a software and engineering team for manufacturers and regulated businesses. The Site tells you about our work, lets you book a call with us, and may show you demos or materials we have prepared.

2.2We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice.

3. Concept previews

3.1A concept preview is a personalised demo we build to show what Fablane could look like for a particular firm. It uses the firm’s public name and branding and sample data.

3.2Every concept preview is a concept only. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the firm it is built for, and it does not show real client, employee or case data. The firm’s name and branding belong to that firm.

3.3You must not present a concept preview as a real product of the firm it is built for, and you must not enter real personal or confidential data into it.

3.4A firm can ask us to remove its preview at any time by writing to us at the address in section 10. We will remove it and will not contact that firm again.

4. No advice

4.1Information on the Site and in demos is general. It is not legal, immigration, employment, financial or compliance advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

4.2Demos show how a tool could work. They do not promise that a tool will meet any legal duty or that it will give any particular result.

5. Acceptable use

5.1You must not use the Site to break the law, to interfere with it or its security, to copy it by automated means, or to try to get access to anything not meant for you.

5.2You must not use the Site to send us unlawful, harmful or misleading material.

6. Intellectual property

6.1The Site, its design, text, software and demos belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share the Site for ordinary business purposes, but you must not copy, change, sell or reuse it otherwise without our written permission.

6.2Third-party names and logos on the Site belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them.

7. Third-party links

7.1The Site may link to other websites and services, including booking and professional networking services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Liability

8.1We provide the Site “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

8.2To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business arising from your use of the Site or from relying on a demo.

8.3Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Privacy and general terms

9.1How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9.2We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

9.3If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

10. Contact

10.1For questions about these terms, or to ask for a concept preview to be removed, contact us at support@fablane.ai.
